What this also means is that the southern vote will be equally massive. Tinubu does not have the resources to bribe millions of voters, as he could easily do with a few delegates.

Peter Obi has a very serious chance, especially if this current upsurge in PVC registration is maintained. At the moment, there is no sign it will abate in the near future.
