In difficult moments Bol Andrey received a second wound, but, without showing any signs, until the last seconds of his life he fought with the enemy, giving target designations at the location of the enemy with tracer fire from a machine gun in the direction of positions.

For the accomplishment of the feat and the courage, courage and bravery that wasted at the same time in the course of performing the tasks of the special military operation in the Donbass, Captain Ivanov was awarded the Gold Star medal with the title of Hero of the Russian Federation (posthumously).

The invasion was suppose to last 72 hours because Ukraine had small military. They though demilitarizing will keep them in Russia's good books but that isn't the case.
