He's just like Buhari but this time, from the East. Always making decisions from the angle of religion or ethnicity. He only goes to religious gatherings that are Igbo-centric. Anytime he's in Lagos, he only goes to Igbo populated areas e.g Alaba, Computer village etc. He's not the kind of person Nigeria needs now. For me, we need a visionary leader, not necessarily a saint. Even if Obi by some miracles win, what of all the governors, Senators and house of representatives members who are all PDP and APC? He'll just complain throughout about frustration and cabal against his plans. Obi didn't do clearly better than or above Ngige and Obiano in Anambra asides from claiming prudence. Not sure there will be much positive change from his government as against the rest. The major positive will be that at last a Southeast person and a Christian turn to be president. That's all.
All that I drive myself, I fetch water to bathe, I eat one meat, my son uses tecno phone is not what we need. We need someone to build strong and lasting institutions.
