The Candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP), Engr Nuruddeen Aliyu Hammanyero said that the 2023 general elections are coming with a lot of surprises in different parts of Nigeria, and Adamawa State will witness a transfer of power shift from bad to good.

Aliyu said this in confidence while addressing delegates of the party in Jada, Jada Local Government Area of the state after they have endorsed him to fly the party's ticket to represent the federal constituency of Mayo-Belwa, Jada, Ganye, and Tongo Local as House of Representatives (HoR) member.

According to him, his endorsement as a candidate for the party will certainly give a winning blow to All Progressives Congress (APC) and the People's Democratic Party (PDP) which are known as frontline parties in the state.

He revealed that the two believed popular and dominant parties the general Masses and people from the grassroots are tired of them and the best way to go about it is to vote them out in 2023.

He told journalists last weekend in Jada that he is not unmindful of the fact that there is the power of incumbency by the APC and Atiku Abubakar's factor as a presidential candidate of PDP, but that will not stop his winning chances because the people will vote for individuals not party.

"I will defeat these two parties hands down because the electorates and the entire masses in this constituency are fed up, tired with their failures and lack of good representation encapsulated in fake promises.

" I tell you YPP is changing the narratives, the party for the young generation is taking over this constituency in 2023 no two ways about it. It's our time, a moment and a time to take over the affairs of this nation as Young people.

"I will give them the good representation they have never experienced in the national assembly in all ramifications because I'm humanity driven and people's policy-oriented," Aliyu said

He continued to say that APC and PDP have failed Nigerians in many ways, especially the people of MayoBelwa, Jada, Toungo, and Ganye federal constituencies now the hours have come for a change over from bad to good.
