A car parts thief was caught by a car owner trying to steal the catalytic converter under the car. He was partially masked while underneath the car until he was bursted. He was seen in the video trying to plead for mercy but the guys who caught him won’t have that. They even declared him a ‘Free Body’ which means more like he’s gone.
