Let me start by thanking those that have been mailing me since the last presidential primary of the APC, I really appreciate, I am good and okay, even though I was dissapointed on the turn of events in the primary. Those that have been following my posts and threads can testify that I was so sure of Osinbajo winning the ticket, what prompted this believe is a story for another day but I can assure you that, there was an arrangement in the presidency that influence of moneybags will not be allowed.Anyway, Atiku and Tinubu have bribed their ways into the contest, I wish nigeria all the best, I have dual citizenship of nigeria and france, but I place Nigeria above france in my preference before, but can't be sure of that again, I have never seen a country that is so allergic to progress like nigeria in my life, how can a country that want progress will be talking about Tinubu and Atiku in this century, I am not underestimating the others in the race, but will all know the situations we find ourselves in the country will make it very difficult for someone like Obi to win. I am a yoruba man, naturally I am suppose not to be sad over the candidacy of Tinubu, but I am not happy because morally I can't, even though I am not going to campaign against him, but I will rather put more energy and effort on my business all over than to waste my time on a country that is not ready, I can assure most of celebrating that Osinbajo did not clinch the ticket, you will be the first people that will ask for him after some time, for those that stood by PYO, I can't thank you enough, but you guys will be counted as those that stood by your conviction of a better Nigeria, Osinbajo even asked his friends that wanted to give money to delegates not to do it, the votes he got at the primary were genuine votes from delegates that wanted a better country, some of the aspirants went as far as given 3million dollars each to some governors, 30k dollars each to many delegates and you expect something good after all. A country loved by God will be govern by good leaders. Thank you
Stop disguising, we know your type... I don't know what's wrong with you guys sef, is Tinubu responsible for your problem??
We know your tactics of using Osinbajo to cover face... Fool!! cheesy

I gave you official fact that Lagos is the biggest construction site in NIGERIA. You never bordered to check it. All official figures indicate that Lagos is the best spending state on infrastructure. I am amazed that you don’t consider that as significant.

What type of yeye construction, when the difference between lagos and other states igr is so big, so anytime lagos spend stipend fixing bustops, you count it as construction, Lagos should be in the level of Cairo at least.A City the Special adviser on works confessed, they have no money to fix roads, even. Sanwo olu said omu poju oka lo, meaning water don pas garri , a failed state, I can never be party to that, they are all bunch of criminals, the youth should take back their destiny from all these hawks call politicians, imagine even in ekiti today, they bribed their way in, and you expect manner from heaven, una go wait tire, bunch of hypocrites.

I also mentioned citizenship of U.K. too because I want you to know that I am not blighted by poverty or want. I see how things are done here and that we use past performance records to appoint people into positions in U.K. We don’t use ethnic or religious sentiments here. And using that parameter of past achievements, only Tinubu merits the leadership position as it is in NIGERIA. We don’t reward failure with another failure in U.K. If Oshinbajo was deputy prime minister in a failing government in U.K., he would not imagine campaigning to come back again and people would not vote for him.

Precisely. Well-said. I have always asked people to think and work out how why Western leaders openly love and respect Tinubu so much. Abi he is bribing them?

Big no. It is because Western leaders and voters are pragmatically intelligent and, as much as possible, shun sentiments when making important decisions.

To that end, and looking at Nigeria dispassionately, as they are able to do by nature , it is obvious Tinubu appears to them the most competent and meritoriously effective Nigerian politician and public administrator of the last two decades taking all things into account to include our corrupt, bloated, unwieldy and self-destructive system etal.

They marvel that Tinubu still gets very good meat from such a rotten carcass

If "Mr.Dual Citizenship" has any objectivity in him, because he sounds like a bitter and sore loser to me, then he should go and find out who Macron, the leader of France he claims to be his second Country, is supporting to be Nigeria's President in 2023.

The answer might surprise and shame him at the same time.

I don't blame you because most of you are liars and have no integrity whatsoever, that's why you can even be supporting a known criminal to become your president, didn't you see the time the guy asked about imy Id card and thee time I showed him? Anyway being a dual Citizen is nothing to me I only appreciated it recently because of the events in naija, because I noticed you guys are not ready to change, you still want to continue in your ridiculous life, you want master degree holders to suffer but for mc olu omo to continue to take your wifes with corrupt money that Tinubu permitted, you can also go through my other threads and posts even before the political season of osinbajo etc for you to know the person you are writing, I have been a silent reader on nairaland for many years even before I registered officially in 2018, so go through my previous posts, not everyone is criminally minded like most of you.

I remember vividly, the way you were so confident osinbajo is the anointed candidate to clinch the ticket. Now that he lost out because Buhari refused to interfere in the presidential primary, you now hinged his loss on delegate inducement. This is a man (Osinbajo) who is not grounded politically to win even a senatorial primary. If he is wanted by the party how come Ameachi a minister pools more votes than him.

You can give your commitment to France, we that believe in Nigeria see the coming glorious years of the country. Mind you nothing proof that osinbajo has the answer to the myriad of problems confronting Nigeria.

Women are becoming prostitutes and men are becoming yahoo boys and ritualists , and you think you live in a sane society, you cherish money more than integrity forgetting that money can never bring fulfillment, they are so many poor countries in africa but their citizens don't behave barbaric as many Nigerians do, you will see many of them coming here to Europe and other places but still behave badly like they use to do in nigeria, but when I look at their comments here on nairaland I now understand their mentality and where they are coming from.

Guy, stop all this you dual citizen BS. You're embarrassing yourself. To even put it in your thread title, as if a badge of honour, indicates you think it is something impressive or that gives you some authority over others.

Abeg, before you do this again, try and spare a thought for those born in the West who have gone through most of their schooling and life there yet still support Tinubu.

That may allow you understand that the support for the man, which you don't have the democratic decency to accept, is just not the preserve of 'lowly' and 'unexposed' Nigerians who have never seen France and can never know as much as you do. "Mr.Dual citizen".

If I show you the caliber of folks in the UK diaspora Asiwaju support group, most with "dual citizenship" by birth or naturalisation, you'll realize you're even worse than a butterfly thinking itself a bird.

All this could have been avoided if you have any democratic essence in you, something France should have taught you, to just accept Tinubu is the choice of his fellow voting stakeholders and not your Osinbajo.

I did not see your bragging about Osinbajo prior to the APC Primaries, some posters hinted at, but your behaviour here makes it obvious you're a pompous, intolerant, undemocratic, opinionated and ignorant nobody who fancies himself the dogs bollocks.

An empty, brattish and childish blowhard who cannot take loss like a man.

Don't mind him. What will he do if he finds out Macron, for the 2023 Presidency, is supporting the man who has proven to be the most effective and progressive political leader in Nigeria for the past two decades ? I.eTinubu?

Perhaps he will also start insulting the President of France, his second nation, as he is doing Nigerians exercising their democratic and constitutional mandate by supporting Tinubu.

All these clowns who have been in the west for ten minutes, to then be behaving as if they are better than all else, makes me laugh.

The truth is that those who have gone through the west, and the west has gone through them, tend to be democratic, pragmatic and able to think critically by shunning biases, prejudices, sentiments and emotions.

They make decisions based on tangibles and what has been delivered or proven exhaustively.

Why, for example, will USA political leaders not support Tinubu when they see someone who fought a brutal dictator for Nigeria's democracy, reformed Lagos innovatively, deposed and replaced a ruling Party plus created Eko Atlantic, the most iconically stunning address in Africa, that the USA shows immense belief in by choosing to build their biggest embassy in the world there?

Any Westerner, knowledgeable of the reality of Nigeria, will view Tinubu as a proven development partner.

They don't have the simpleton inclination to be talking about bullion vans and making "Tinubu" or "Iragbiji governor" asinine comments when they consider what/who is best for the socio-economic development of Nigeria dispassionately.

Osinbajo would never be their choice because he is unproven and therefore not a pragmatically wise choice.

The OP is simply a pompous charlatan and undemocratic sore loser even if he cannot see that about himself.

Best of luck with your Tinubu, I mentioned citizenship not for boasting but because I am happy if need be, I might not come to naija again and I will be in a sane country, where poverty has not eaten her sense of reasoning, even though she has her own issues but buying conscience is not par of her problems.
I expected a direct answer from you bro. This poster gave valid points on why he supports Tinubu, refuted some lies expressed in the media against the man according to him, revealed some achievements about him you may not know and so many other things in clear language, but you instead came with this response which is adjacent to his response to your post. This is more emotional than logical from someone who advertised his connection to an advance country like France.

That comment right there could have engineered a wonderful thread full of elite ideologies that would have wowed viewers if you had followed up but you didn't, instead you acted like the Nigerians you spoke against.
If you live/lived in France like you said, you would have responded like one who understands political objectivity instead you resorted to poverty, snese of reasoning, talk as a way out.

It is well.

So you think Macron is greedy and stupid to support someone that used money to buy delegates and sit on the destiny of over 20milion lagosians just because he claimed to win a primary election? For your own information, no one in that contest can beat Osinbajo in a normal contest especially if it involves the masses, we will be alive to witness the general election by God's grace, I am happy I have no commitment towards any candidate, so it's gonna be fun seeing you people throwing banters at each other.

Ahahahah!!! Oya read:

“ According to Wikipedia, the city of Calabar served once as the capital of the Niger Coast Protectorate, the Southern Protectorate, and the Oil River protectorate, making it the first official capital of Nigeria until the late nineteenth century.”

It is well.
please don’t bother yourself, that MikoB thing has nothing upstairs.

Thank you

Yeyenatu. Your father failed woefully that was why we did not see his role in the redemption of Nigeria. Today, you are already useless to yourself and children by this parody of insanity tagged "dual citizenship" as if you are the first and will be the last. Anyway, just the way your father's role was unknown, you the run away child will surely turn your generation into extinct. With or without you, Nigeria will surely grow better and best.
You want Osibanjo, he failed woefully because he was not fit for the role by the delegates. He hates money but collected same and clean mouth for the past seven years with only "tradermoni" as the best innovation from him.
I can see your France and USA that embrace "God" in their last elections. Go and do your business in your godly country, leave Naija for the devil after you scoop and drain Osibanjo cash- but you want a droplets from ATIKU and Tinubu.
Next time in your life and post, tag Nigeria, chose an adjective before mentioning "Nigerians" otherwise na cane you go chop for insulting Nigerians that your father, mother, sister and unknown lineage belong.
