Hon. ANTO USMAN will Prudently utilise Constituency Funds for genuine, people-focussed, transparent and verifiable projects/programs to enhance the growth and development of Jama'a/Sanga Federal Constituency.

He will sponsor and co-sponsor relevant bills and motions that will impact positively on the good people of Jama'a/Sanga Federal Constituency.

Hon. ANTO USMAN will pay special attention to:

* EDUCATION
He will promote literacy excellence at all levels of education through financial support (scholarship) for students.

* YOUTH AND WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
He will facilitate gainful employment and access to the poverty reduction schemes of the Federal and State Government to youths/women.

* AGRICULTURE
Anto will facilitate access to cheaper and better agricultural inputs such as improved seedlings and livestock, fertilizer, chemicals, implements and equipment for primary processing. He will also ensure that Jama'a/Sanga farmers get their fare share of available resources and opportunities.

* HEALTH CARE
He will rationalise health care delivery through conscious efforts to enhance primary health care facilities across Jama'a/Sanga and reduce cost.

*INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT
Through the scheme APC CARES power by Hon ANTO USMAN, he will improve the quality of roads, provide potable water, support rural electrification e.t.c

Above all, Hon. USMAN ANTO will represent and serve the good people of Jama'a/Sanga faithfully for the goodness, growth and development of the constituency.
