Nigerians Come For Fr Mbaka Over "Stingy" Statement On Peter Obi Says  We Want A Stingy President Who Would Revamp Nigeria

Nigerians were jolted awake earlier today by the story of Rev Father Ejike Mbaka, a controversial Catholic preacher and the founder of Adoration Ministries in Enugu, Nigeria, who claimed that if Peter Obi is elected president, Nigerians will go hungry because he is stingy and therefore cannot be a good president.

Mbaka may have shot himself in the foot because Nigerians believe his statement is not just disrespectful, divisive, and blatantly incorrect, but also a planned attempt by the oppositional parties to demarket the former Anambra State Governor.

According to them, Mbaka has lost his purpose and has gone to the altar of monetary politics in order to gain favor with the ruling party, which has now ruled him out of significance.

Nigerians believe that if Peter Obi was that stingy, he would not have gone around schools across the country contributing 100 million Naira to help students further their education. They argue that Peter Obi would be better off donating laptops to schoolchildren with his own money than handing out cash for frivolities that add no value to the lives of ordinary people.

Nigerians are known to be sarcastic in reactions on peoples opinion that differs theirs. Fr. Mbaka is entitled to his own opinion. If his conceptions doesn't suit you, just hold on to your very own opinion. There is no need bashing at someone, regarding his convictions.
