The problem of Nigeria is Nigerians, not the land itself. Even if we divide into regions, the states will still fight themselves, then the tribes within the states will also have mini civil wars. We have to learn to live with one another as it is now. There's beauty in diversity.

We have states and local govts and villages
Nothing stops each tribe from developing their area instead of just looting
