We Rise By Lifting Others... by BigManDesigns1: 8:46am On Jun 17, 2022
Good morning everyone...
I need a soft loan of #150,000 to sort out some personal issues....

I'm willing to use my land measuring 50/100 ft in Edo state, as collateral... This is because I'm sure I've the means to pay back the loan in installments over the period of 3 months.

I'm gainfully employed, with a net salary of #70,000 per month, it adds up to about #110,000 when other benefits are added... So, I will be able to pay back effectively.

I have all the documents of my land, my bank statements for six months plus, proof of identity, proof of occupation, my current house and work address... And any other details the loaner may want me to provide.

Please, if you feel you can genuinely help out, please call or WhatsApp me via the phone number on my signature so we can discuss in details.

Please , note that I'm genuine, and I also need people with genuine intentions to contact me. It's a win win situation for both of us, as I'm willing to pay good interest. Thanks

I know in this present time and day, most people would be skeptical to loan out such an amount to a total stranger.... But to be honest, this is a very different situation. I'm a very honest person and what people think or say about me matters a lot to me. So I would never do anything that would tarnish my image and personality. I would give out my complete identity, place of work and house address to the loaner, so you can be rest assured that if I don't pay back, you can always find and arrest me... Which would not come to that point actually

You may also ask... Why don't I ask family members, friends or even a micro finance bank.. Here's the

1. I've asked a few friends or family members.. Same reply... ' I have a project at hand at the moment' , 'let me get back to you' , 'I have a project at hand that is eating up all my funds' etc. The truth is, I've been so engrossed with work for a while now that I hardly reached out to friends or family. So reaching out to them now that I have an urgent need just seems out of place
.secondly, family and friends are very skeptical when loaning out to their own because they feel they can't drag you for the money. Little do they know I've no stress in paying back and even with tangible interest for that matter.

2. MFB: the only micro finance bank I've contacted is LAPO and I don't think I can keep up with their terms. They require weekly repayment.. Whereas I'm a monthly salary earner... Although I earn tangible bonuses weekly, but that's for my personal up keep.

Also, The time factor is also an issue. I won't even have the time to go to their office... As I work from Monday to Sundays every week... And close late most times... I usually work overtime and Sundays for extra bonuses... Not compulsory though, but man gats to meet up

So you see why I resorted to asking here on nairaland here. I've had helpers greatly here on nairaland. Some years back I could barely afford to feed. I had graduated, no job as at that time. It was a lady here on nairaland who gave me the funds to get a desktop computer which I was using then for my graphics design business of which most of my clients were mainly naira landers. (God bless them all)
After that period I later got this present job in another state which made me relocate from Lagos. So you see why I have a strong conviction that I can actually get help here

Approach a microfinance bank in your immediate location but also be awre that you will need to show evidence of regular inflow if you want them to approve your loan

Evidence of regular inflow is not even an issue at all... I can provide my bank statements... They can even put a repay order on my account for all I care...

The real issue here is that I don't know any micro finance bank I can walk into today, submit and verify all these documents today and still get the loan same day.

I don't really have the luxury of spare time as my current job do not really afford me that..

So please, if you know any mfb in Edo state precisely where I can run the whole process the same day (without guarantor, just my collateral documents) ... Please kindly refer them to me... Thanks
