THE PATH TO EXPERIENCE . [/color] The knowledge you have garnered from the scriptures can not produce the experience of what they talk about when you come face to face with circumstances that demands for such . The path of experience is only thread upon by actions that are defined by the scriptures. the holy spirit is the guide for carrying out such actions or following such path. So your fasting , reading and meditating of the words, and the prayers would all end in zero if you don't take the necessary actions that helps in the actualization of the very purpose for their exercise or engagement . I wan to believe there are things we intend to achieve by prayer , fasting , meditating scriptures or other spiritual exercises . those things can't be met if we dont take the requisite actions even if we adequately engage prayer ,fasting ,meditation and other spiritual exercises . For us to apprehend the complete result that all of these exercises can produce then we have to find out the requisites steps (could even be physical actions ) to take in order to lay hold of every profit there Is from such exercises .
