It is doable in less than 10 hours with a population of more than 1 billion people like India.
Take 75 million people.
Put one million workers per kilometer, i.e 1000 people /meter .

the first part will be riddled with portholes before they finish up,. Onitsha Enugu express way has been in construction since 1999..

There are roads conceived by shagari, project revamped under Obasanjo, contractor mobilized to site by Goodluck, Buhari re-awarding it to meet modern standards and increasing number of lanes and as we are talking it has not been completed. Go and read about the east west road, second Niger bridge, Ajaokuta steel complex, Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
