It's terribly surprising how these southern weak tribes are bickering over tinubus emergence as APC candidate, some especially in the East are saying i f it doesn't come to them then it should go to north.

They are willing to be ruled by Fulani 2.0 to spite the other. That is crass stupidity.

It's better for the Igbo not to have a president in Nigeria forever than to be ruled under Fulani.

The south should beware, this election should be BTW Tinubu and Peter obi in the south.

Any southerner that allows Fulani 2.0 will regret it GENERATION to GENERATION.

If Atiku wins majority of the vote, he will be swear in as the President and Nigeria will either get worst than how it is now or get better under his administration.

But I do not see majority of Nigerians voting for him. Bola Ahmed Tinubu will win and put the country on the right track to prosperity.

Ibos hate Tinubu and anything Yoruba. They will rather vote for Kwankwaso if he chooses Obi as his running mate, than vote Tinubu.

Stop being preposterous, why on earth should Igbos play second fiddle to a yoruba?

I need answers. We voted Obasanjo to power when Yorubas were forced on us by pressuring Ogbonnaya Onu of APP to step down for Flea.

Why should Igbos play second fiddle to the Yorubas and not demand equity?

Many igbos think that no matter who is president it doesn't matter to them, they can still make headway until buhari happened, see the killings in Igbo land now,a southern presidency would have handled the Nnamdi kanu/ipob saga differently and better

You will eternally play second fiddle to the North.
The plan was that the Yorubas will fight for the APC ticket, while the Ibos will fight for it in PDP since they are stronger in that party. But it is Okowa, an Ibo man from Delta, and other Ibo delegates who sold themselves out for bread.
They will now come online and be crying marginalisation.

There is a difference between North and South.
Southwest sold the Speakership allotted to them in 2011 to Fulanis (Tambuwal) because you hated the other Souths.

The same people fought against a Southern President, Goodluck Jonathan to bring another Fulani to power.

You should be ashamed of yourself for forgetting the history of treachery by your people against the better South.

I am not like you, I will vote for Peter Obi because he is the most qualified but if the election goes to a runoff between Atiku and Tinubu, I will vote for Tinubu because Fulanis have a negative agenda against Nigeria.

They are transactional in nature, just settle them. Money is the only thing they know. No ideology, nothing.

Bigotted reasoning, why would Yoruba be so selfish as to be thinking of 3.0, yet stop Fulani from doing 2.0?

If you so much cherish the southern presidency, why did you not support the SE to do 1.0. If it for the South, it should be the turn of SE
Stop being half truthful and smell the coffee Yoruba brewed. Atiku is the next president

Yoruba do not seem to know they are hated in Nigeria, north, and south. Every tribe in Nigeria knows Yoruba people are treacherous and jealous imbued, and extremely untrustworthy. If in doubt, as any northerner who he prefers between an Igbo and a Yoruba.

That said, our best chance to get it right was Tinubu concerning that Igbo it is, who should have contested the presidency in both major parties. A courtesy also extended to Yoruba in 1999 by all Nigerians, and our northern friends would've happily concurred. But his Yoruba nature played him out to the detriment of southern Nigeria once again.

We will meet in the field.

Jonathan would have ruled for only 4years and a northerner would emerge in 2019 and be sure of 2023.a northerner winning in 2015 was even better overall, now the south should have full 8years.

The Yoruba never challenged the igbos in PDP,why didn't the PDP zone to the southeast, who knows it might have compelled the APC to do the same.

Why are the igbos only pained at the APC that as always been a Yoruba Domiciled party. Personally I wanted the APC out ,if an Igbo PDP candidate emerged I wud have rooted for the PDP,the PDP betrayed the igbos not Yorubas

Atiku made clear that he would have conceded if southerners were in agreement regarding Igbo candidacy. The spoiler was Tinubu.

Secondly, APC was formed ab initio with Igbo pioneers in the likes of Ogbonna Onu, Orji Uzor Kalu, just to mention a few. At no time is APC a Yoruba party.

APC is a Yoruba party not because igbos were not involved in its formation but because all Yoruba state except one are APC led states,APC has more investment in Yoruba states.

Southerners were in agreement, Akeredolu has always called and led the call for southern candidates, Akeredolu is an APC man, those in PDP never made push for southern presidency. The PDP especially the southern block in PDP betrayed the igbos not the Yorubas

Don't give us this 4yrs bullcrap, it was all about getting power to Yoruba after buhari

Tinubu said he preferred Muslim Muslim to buhari because in south west religion was not issue, he didn't care about southernern interest who are majority Christian's outside his region

Vote Obi.
Yorubas have never supported an Igbo candidate for once in their life yet they come here to talk trash all the time!
It's Obi or Fulani should continue! A Yoruba man will never get the support of an Igbo man until they support an Igbo man as we did to Obj in the past

Look, the problem with lots of us is we talk too much but continue to skirt around the truth. 5 APC states out of six and 2 APC states out of 5.
Yes, PDP betrayed Igbos and will pay a price for it, even if their reason is as I had stated previously, and that is utter nonsense, the fact remains that for true cohesion among southern ethnicities to exist, there must be truth in fairness, equity, and justice.

These 3 tenets are strong held values Ahmed Tinubu continues to violate in pursuit of his inordinate self ambition and he too will pay a price.
