I'm considering buying a used laptop from Jiji because I need a cheap manageable notebook. I'm apprehensive about the platform since it's easy for such site to be crawling with fraudsters. Does anyone here have experience buying used electronic devices from Jiji and What are the measures to take to avoid getting scammed or buying a damaged products?? I'd to hear the experiences of users

Most of the sellers of Jiji all have shops in Computer village Ikeja.

I used to buy electronic from jiji and also sells there too and I've not been scammed once there, precaution: if you want to buy from jiji always meet the seller at their house or there workplace incase of bad product so it will be easier to locate the person, (2) make sure you are not in hurry to check what you need to check (3) make sure the product have receipt of purchase and if the seller don't have they can give you a written agreement with their valid I.d card incase of stolen goods(4) make sure you see what you are buying before making any payment because picture can be deceiving atimes...
