Please, can someone kindly help me with the solution to this Sim Processor syncing sim contact that removes the Network on my newly bought Infinix Hot 11 play.

While browsing, I will notice a lag for some seconds, then network disappears on both sim with a circular icon rotating at the top of the screen and when I check in the background, I see Sim Processor syncing sim contact, then after a while, the network comes back, this can happen for more than 10 times in a day and sometimes less than 30 minutes between interval.

I save all contacts to my Gmail, the two MTN SIM Cards are recovered as my previous phone was stolen so I had to do a welcome back and have since refrained from saving contacts on the Sims but rather to my Gmail.

This phone "Infinix Hot 11 Play" is just 2+ Months old and I am tired of this as it can halt browsing when I am in the middle of doing something very important and people have told me that sometimes when they call, my number says not available and I feel this is when this Sim Processor syncing sim contact is happening.

Is this phone damaged or does it have a factory defect or is this a software issue? Who has encountered this please and how did you resolve it?

Kindly help me with a way forward.

Go to settings and disable automatic syncing, it is not a software issue. Just disable the auto-sync and do it manually

My Guy, I'm using Infinix Hot 11 play 4gig ram and 64gig rom, I bought the phone last month at Fine Brothers here in Enugu, the phone is working so fine with fast internet speeds, the battery na die, maybe you bought a refurbished product

Connect your phone with another phones hotspot with at 2gb of data, Go to settings- system- system update, and click online update
Or
Go to settings, search for system update, and click online update

This also happen to me
I think 🤔🤔 is not the phone
