1. End of Take a bow for ministers designate. The national assembly has used this to kill productivity in the nation. Ministers should have vision for the country and not a set of people that are only appointed as compensation for being in the ruling party or being a key player in bringing in the ruling government. Labour party having few to none representatives in the national assembly will see minister designates passing through tough scrutiny. It will make the national assembly to seat up really.

2. End to Appointment/Recormendation by Party Chairman/Governors recommendations. Political appointees are known to be recommended by top party leaders in each state. This has also affected the productivity of such offices headed by appointees with no knowledge on how to make the country great. Most appointment depends on party structure with over the years has overlooked competence. The structure-less Labour Party will seek competent people who will end up changing the narratives.

3. End to Recycled Leaders. Most prominent politicians in the east speaking against the Peter Obi presidential bid are afraid of loosing out both in elective and selective positions. Ekweremadu lost out in PDP and decamped to APGA. While it is easier for them to support Peter Obi for president, They prefer to rally round other opponent that can guarantee them an appointee position should the loose out at the polls. These recycled politicians who are only relevant because of the loot they have and the promise of more avenue for more loots has given them vibrancy to speak against Peter Obi in the coming polls just to demoralize him but a win for Mr. Peter Obi will bring the reign of the people to an end.

4. End to Corruption. This is too broad a word to use but yes, the emergence of Mr. Peter Obi will create a spiral effect that will end corruption. The new hunger to hold office holders accountable by the structured national assembly will see them being very inquisitive of the conduct of the political appointees by the Obi government thereby keeping them on their toes to deliver. The national assembly on their own will try to keep clean dealing with agencies to avoid back stabbing after snooping around the political appointees business and activities.
