Before the last General Election, I enrolled for voter registration at INEC State Office in Lokoja.

And when it was time to get my PVC, I was told that all those who registered at the time I did wouldn't get their PVC, because INEC suffered a glitch and lost our data and couldn't print the PVCs. 

We were there upon advised to re-enroll whenever the exercise starts again. 

So, I got disenfranchised in the last General election. 

In September last year, I leveraged the online registration portal to re-register and went to one of their offices in kaduna where I now live for data capturing. So everything was fine from my end. But on checking the status of my PVC, I got to know my application was rejected for double registration. 
Went back to their office to complain.... The officials tried to search out the former application in their database, but couldn't get it. The portal says "records not found."

Please, what do I do? I mailed their headquarters since last month and no reply yet.
I wish to re-register again through the portal but an official told me INEC would permanently delist my name.
I don't want to get disenfranchised again!

There is a link i used to search my details on INEC portal. You can search with your surname, date of birth, phone number or bvn. Search google for the link

Except there's another link other than the one on their portal. They used that one to search to no result. Could you please help with the link?
