For some weeks now I have been unable to renew my App store subscriptions. All these subscriptions amount to no more than $25 every month from my iCloud 200GB storage plan to Medium, Amazon Prime etc... Payments using my debit cards (GTB and Access) keep declining. The banks are saying they have no dollars to allocate. Previously there were monthly limits of $100, then later $50 which was enough to get by but now it seems there is no more allocation whatsoever talkless of a limit. How are you getting round this?

Understanding the pathology of a disease or dysfunction is crucial in identifying the appropriate intervention for any condition. In the US, we use evidence-based practice, and a systematic approach to patient care is followed. You don't just say watch diet, diet can cause stroke too so if I say my grandmom has a stroke you would tell me I should watch her diet? firstly we need to classify the disease or condition as either primary, secondary, or tertiary illness to know what would be the first line of treatment. For instance, if a patient presents with symptoms such as vomiting, dehydration, and weight loss, administering oral fluids may exacerbate the condition. As per nursing practice, the patient is placed on nothing per mouth and given fluids via a parental route. Unfortunately, this practice is not always observed in Nigeria. In the case of erectile dysfunction, monitoring the patient's diet is not the first-line intervention/treatment. If the patient has a healthy diet, they are less likely to have the dysfunction, implying that diet cannot cure the condition. Instead, the nursing intervention involves treating the patient's underlying illness, educating them on leading a healthy lifestyle and addressing their secondary illness stage.

pathophysiological mechanisms that can contribute to ED:

Neurological factors, Vascular factors, Hormonal factors (and someone mentioned this one that post), Structural factors, Medications (remember the guys said he has been using meds upon meds.)

Treatment typically involves addressing the underlying cause, such as hypertension or diabetes (here medication would comes before diet), treating hormonal imbalances, or switching medications.
