Hello health experts,

My mum has been having a terrible headache on the right side face that has greatly affected her day-to-day activities. The pain affects her ears, eyes teeth, temple, and neck on the right part of the face. The eye on the right side of her face has gone blind and she recently had a glaucoma surgery on the other eye.

She was first diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia and drugs were prescribed which made matters worse. We took her back to the hospital and Giant cell arteritis was diagnosed. She's been on steroids for about two weeks. The pain seemed to reduce but only for a few hours. She finds it difficult to sleep at night, as the pain is unbearable.

We've carried out series of tests including MRI and nothing significant seemed to be found in her brain. I would like a health experts advise on what next to do since the giant cell arteritis drugs doesn't seem to stop the pain.

Giant cell arteritis can also lead to central retinal artery occlusion -crao which causes blindness.

To reverse and control this damage hyperbaric oxygen therapy -HBOT is a very high priority for recovery.

We can help you with HBOT if you are interested.

Find out by searching : HBOT for giant cell arteritis and CRAO.

You need to act fast to get in touch because HBOT will go on break in a weeks time.

The pain signifies a problem. The problem is loss of blood circulation. Blood carries oxygen. But the flow is blocked. Oxygen and other nutrients can not get to where they are needed.
The end result is pain, blindness, depression and loss of function.

In medicine there are sub-specialties, eg: Opthalmology, surgery, hematology, radiology, O&G, hyperbaric medicine(HBOT) etc. They are all complementary to each other. They all work together for the benefit of the patient.
When a physician knows the cause or solution he needs to refer you to the appropriate department if he cannot handle the problem.

HBOT supports all other medical departments.

The problem needs HBOT to improve. Already you have wasted precious time.

The information we provide you is the most relevant to your request.

We are HBOT PROVIDERS.
