Dietary needs of each gender has little or nothing to do with consumption abilities. If it did, then there wouldn't exist women heavier than men, would there?

If you need more calories, then you should be consuming it more. And this point "male and female of equal size" already cancels out this your point. Do your research.

Jesus without any doubts existed and he's coming back to bring serenity and orderliness to our world. He's but an honoured messenger of Allah.

We believe all the prophets are Muslims for the one fact that they submitted their will to that of God. They all believed in one true God and all preached the same message, I mean to those that were given the added responsibility of preaching. Islam was at the beginning of mankind even when we knew it not. Adam is one that believed in his God, and so were prophets after him.

There's nothing officially stating Islam as a recognised religion during the days of Abraham, but he inspired most of the things we do as Muslims - Hajj, Safa and Marwa, Eid-l-Kabir and more. He lived before Jesus, before Judaism.

Moses is unarguably one of the most important persons as far as Judaism is concerned, the Quran talks more about him than any other prophets. We are not claiming what is not ours by referring to his story for we believe he was here to preach the same message as the other noble Prophets.

Did Jesus talk about the coming of Muhammad? Did he ask people to follow his message? That is enough to believe that Jesus agreed completely with the message of Muhammad (peace unto him and all the other prophets).

I hope you understand the meaning of manipulation. I told you but it seems you don't want to learn. The following verses are for you:

[2:6] Surely those who disbelieve, it being alike to them whether you warn them, or do not warn them, will not believe.
