When I started my career, I was only concerned with financial stability. I wanted to make more money and keep it safe. Over time, my focus has shifted from making more money to living a better life. Nowadays, I want to earn enough to maintain a healthy lifestyle without having to worry about how to pay for it.

I want the freedom to do what I want with my time and money. For example, I can travel whenever I wish or take up new hobbies without feeling guilty about wasting money or leaving behind something important. I don’t want to spend what little free time that I have working out of fear that I might lose my job or because someone else needs me more than me.

The cost of a better life is the willingness to let go of things which prevent us from living our best lives and pursuing our dreams. I'm going to keep this as simple as possible. Let's say you have a choice between two paths — one that will lead you to a better life, and one that will lead you to a worse life. The path that leads to a better life will cost you money, time and effort (and maybe even some pain). The path that leads to a worse life won't cost you anything. That sounds like an easy choice, doesn't it?

But the fact is that most people don't choose the path that leads to a better life. They choose the easy way out because they're afraid of what it might cost them. They're afraid of what might happen if they try something new or different — like starting their own business or investing in real estate or starting an online business from scratch.

There are a number of things we can all do to improve our lives. Some of these things are easy and some of them are not.

I am going to share two examples:

The first thing that I want you to consider is that you have to stop putting other people's needs before yours. This is especially true in regards to your family members and friends. If they need something from you, then ask yourself if it is truly something that will make them happy or if it will just be making them feel better about themselves. If it is the latter, then don't do it!

Next up is your physical health and fitness level. This one can be tough because everyone has different goals in this area but what I can tell you is that if you want to live a better life, then living healthier will help with that goal tremendously! So eat right, exercise regularly and get plenty of sleep (8-10 hours per night). These are three things that almost everyone agrees on when it comes to being healthy and happy!
