We all know some parents still don’t believe in saving money in banks. Some still use the traditional means of saving while others have bank accounts but prefer to save using other means like Ajo.

Now how do I convince my parents to start trading cryptocurrency. Have you ever wondered what it'll be like trying to explain how cryptocurrency works to parents who don't already know about it?

They will say this one is another Ponzi scheme oo smiley

What is the best way to explain to them and how hard do you think it'll be before they'll fully understand it?

You had better leave your parents with their Union bank accounts.

Tell him it’s the future of money, and if you want to use a platform to demonstrate buying and selling, u can use Yellowcard, it has a simple user interface and very easy to use and understand for newbies

I'll have to show them how poor Naira is fairing against Dollar and educate them how saving money in crypto is protecting finances. Though it's easier said the done, but if they show interest, I recommend them to Yellow Card academy.

Here’s my learning curve as a trader:

I started with indicators, then price action trading.

And for a few years, I thought that’s all I needed because after all, the price is king and that’s all I needed to be a profitable trader.

But that hurts my growth because I tuned everything else out (and limited myself only to price action trading).

When I realized my folly, I quickly went back to being a student of the markets.

So I asked myself:

“What are other winning traders doing to profit from the markets?”

That’s when I got exposed to trend following, systems trading, mean reversion trading, etc.

The outcome?

Today, I trade multiple trading strategies across different markets—which results in a smoother equity curve of my portfolio.

So the lesson is this:

You might be a profitable trader but, it doesn’t mean your learning curve is over because you’re always a student of the market.

Stay away from the little they have
They have been saving the way they have been before you were born
