Trust me you took this thoughts right out of my mind. Do you know I have been thinking of it too? I’m suspecting that CJN Tanko was already very ill even many months ago but because they knew if he left before May 2022, Justice Mary PDP would have taken over, they probably told him to defer his resignation.

Also if he had resigned immediately after Justice Mary PDP, people would have suggested so they left it till the following month (June).

Too much sense.

@GoooodHardDick, the Peter Obi thing has become humdrum routine for his acolytes. In short, Peter Obi's OBEDIENT is becoming tedious, overflogged and fuzzy.

If anything, it's Obi's supporters that are clearly afraid of Tinubu and Atiku. If they're really confident in their candidate, why the invidious attack and irresponsible slander of the older candidates? How old was Trump when he became president? And how old is President Biden of the US? He should be in his 80s or close to it- I'm not too sure.

Every Nigerian reserves the right to aspire to any political office regardless of age, ethnicity, class etc. Politics, with all its dynamics, also accommodates the dialectics in its body politik. It's the divergence of opinions, ideologies and choices that gives politics its rainbow effects- the resplendence of beauty.

For me, Obi's supporters are becoming insufferable in their arrogance and reckless in their utterances.

Elections are not won on the pages of social media. The real, dirty work is down in the streets, behind the scenes and in the clandestine manipulations of voters' choices.

It is Quran. He is a muslim and the book is considered sacred and must carried properly. Although its is a new trend as Buhari too carried the bag when he was being sworn in for second term.

My one reason i will vote Tinubu over Peter is "competence".
When I think about Peter Obi's administration in Anambra the parable of the talents in the bible comes to mind.
Peter Obi keeping the money he could have used to better the life of his people in the bank only for others to come and loot it makes no sense. No infrastructural development because you want to keep money. Make it make sense.

What process? He either qualified or not Kadoso. It's not q political process that involves primaries. It's not a chemistry lab thingy. They are searching for a sharia Judge. Period!

Born in 1963, Justice Ariwoola attended Muslim Modern School in Iseyin between 1968 and 1969 before proceeding to Ansar-Ud-Deen High School, Saki in Oyo North of Oyo State.

-----------------------------------------
Hopefully, President Buhari has not appointed a MURIC hardliner to replace the resigned CJN, monger of inclusion of Sharia criminal justice system in Nigeria's Constitution.

The result is that, while Obi remains my choice as much as yours, frankly speaking, Obi cannot win the election on 100% free and fair situation. Obi is currently in a party with even average grass root present, a party without 10% of local government chairmen and even governors, in both North and South to help sell his candidacy based on constraints the present electoral laws and constitution placed us. The very best for Obi at the money, if he ever wants to be president is to team up as vice with Kwankanso, after which he can actualise his presidential dream. But even if he did, there is not even a 30% assurance that Kwankwaso/Obi ticket will the presidency but then they would have successfully gain some grounds and maybe win some senatorial and rep positions in preparation for another election, if the merger still hold water.

But for now, Obi can't win. He can't even come close. He should have remain in PDP, take VP position, and with that Atiku/Obi stands more chance than Atiku/Okowa, as some northerners (not all) would definitely still betray Tinubu for Atiku but we can't tell for now if the betrayal will be sufficient to get Atiku/Okowa the presidency, but I would have been sufficient to get Atiku Obi the presidency given the Muslim-Muslim ticket APC are naturally constrained to project, if they need to win.

Frankly, Tinubu will come out with Muslim-Muslim ticket, they'll sell the position of the wife being a pastor in RCCG to suppress CAN and PFN. They'll also use the fact that he delayed his ambition to allow a RCCG pastor PYO to become VP to sell the his candidacy

Tinubu and Atiku are afraid of a man with a party that has no single councillor, chairman or governor? You guys have a long way to go!
BTW: no one is asking to vote for Tinubu or Atiku, just don't tell us too who to vote and not vote for.

Justice Tanko Muhammad has resigned as the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN). - News Report

This guy was not supposed to be there in the first place. Tyrant Buhari imposed him as the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court (CJN) because he wanted 100% assurance of winning at the Supreme Court after the massive rigging of the 2019 general elections.

The leading opposition party @OfficialPDPNig should have protested the imposition of Justice Tanko Muhammad but Nigerians know how totally useless the PDP is. The rest is history.

Tyrant Buhari has appointed the next in line because he has nothing at stake. The massive and unprecedented corruption of the genocidal Buhari regime has engulfed the Judiciary. Justice Tanko Muhammad is the face of corruption in the Judiciary. He has corruptly enriched himself, family and cronies. This guy bastardized the Nigerian Judiciary to the extent that a person that came 4th with number of votes in a Gubernatorial election is the present Governor of Imo State.

[ Tinubu is a "grand strategist" while Obi is a "tactician". If you're a student of power, you will opt in for strategist than tactician. Tacticians with their mechanical thinkings are heavy on ground and easier to defeat. But strategists dwell in troubles as though they do not exist. The only person that can solve nigeria's problems( insecurity, economy, etc) is a grand strategist. The reason we stand on TINUBU mandate. Give me a reason you think OBI PETER is worth dying for.]
