Greetings to everyone!!!

Going to be as brief as possible, But should you need more info, do not hesitate to leave your contact info.

About 8years ago, as an individual I started a mini construction company with my older brother as the head civil engineer, we did some projects together for a few years until I left the country.

Now I’m much more invested and ready to go full scale.

our main objective going full scale is not on property development at this stage but mainly on the land development itself, sales.

We are currently positioned to provide the services needed to develop (Building construction) the properties as well as service (provide basic services e.g electricity, security, cleaning, armed guard services) for the land and it’s intended owners for Life.

Our main objective taking this route is to generate enough funding to allow us develop our own properties for short term Luxury rentals/Sales.

Now we all know how hard it is to raise funds to finance this sorts of projects.

This led me to invest in constructing a Nigeria made sand dredger (12inches), which will help with supply of sharp and mud sands to our proposed sites but most importantly generate passive income to help us on the long run.

But even with that, we’re still well very short of funds and would like to partner with anyone who’s willing to invest.

Please note that, we’ve also negotiated several deals to secure lands in Delta state, both in riverside communities and townships, pending commitment.

These lands are virgin lands and really just need proper development to give them the needed value before sales.

Our office which can accommodate up to 20 employees is at %90 completion stage Located in Warri. we will be ready to answer any question you may have.

Will appreciate if a mod can push this to Fp.
