So why are many people moving to Canada?

Last year alone (2021), the government of Canada announced that 401,000 people became Permanent Residents (PR) in Canada. The whole PR process usually takes 4 – 8 months.

You might have heard the words “Permanent Residence (PR)”

But do you know the kind of access it gives you or what it fully means?

Okay, I’ll explain now.

As a permanent resident, you become like a Citizen of Canada.

The only thing that differentiates you from a Citizen is that you cannot vote until 5 years after getting your PR status when you can also apply for Citizenship and hold the Canadian passport as you finally become a Citizen.

Being a Permanent resident means:

You have the legal right to live and work in Canada and you can move together with your family or sponsor your family to join you so long as you’re over 18 years;

Medical care is free and paid by government from taxes; Retirement payments, disability benefits and survivors’ benefits are paid to the family of deceased workers;

Free Education for children (..just imagine that..)

Once you get permanent resident (PR) status in Canada, you can live there for five years. If you have physically lived in the country for 1,095 days (three years) out of the five years, you become eligible for Canadian citizenship.

Freedom to move within Provinces. You can relocate from Ontario to Alberta etc. Like moving from Lagos to Abuja without dropping your standard of living or losing any benefits.

It is one of the most peaceful countries in the world.

Lastly, as a Canadian PR (Permanent Resident), you can travel to the USA for up to 10 years. USA is a neighbor to Canada.

So big question – What are the requirements for coming to Canada? I’ll explain in our FREE group training (details below)

Look….there’ll almost be no one left in Nigeria because Canada is actively requesting for more Nigerians and other nationals.

What about you, would you be in Canada by next year?

Life over there is well set up to make you succeed. Friendly SME loans for business, beautiful tourist attractions in every Canadian province

And as a PR, you can do your Masters or MBA at the same fees for citizens which is usually about 60% of the fees you’d have paid as an International Student.

Join the “Canada in 8 months” WhatsApp group

Send “Join” to this WhatsApp number - 09012262552 to be added to the group. The information is free.

Would be explaining the process for becoming a Canadian permanent resident and how you can be reading Nairaland posts from Canada in 8 months time.
