In as much as I'm supporting Peter Obi, I have to be realistic. Tinubu would win the south west that's why I didn't include it. It has nothing to do with tribal sentiments. In a free an fair election, Peter Obi would win Lagos State, but expect tinubu to unleash his goons that day and do everything necessary to ensure he comes out victorious.

No doubt Peter Obi would pull reasonable votes (above 40%) from the SW and would come 2nd closely behind Tinubu in lagos, but for now I don't see him winning any SW state, unless things change in the coming months.

What achievement did Osibanjo's vice presidency bring to the yourbas, even till now he's just a figure head...look at the APC primaries, he didn't even come 2nd, this shows that there are northerners in Buhari's government who are more powerful than him.

If you want true change vote someone with closer ties to you, someone you can approach as a president and he'll listen to you, not some vice president whom after you approach his oga the president wouldn't approve his request and you'd be back to where you started from.

Tinubu wouldn't get bloc votes in the South West. Especially in Lagos, Peter Obi would get over 40% in Lagos, and Ogun, I don't know for the others. So only the SW wouldn't give Tinubu victory, he needs the northern alliance which from the look of things isn't guaranteed.
