Phone 1: Samsung S2 (For calls and Text Messaging) AND Iphone 5 for Data related activities only

is there anyhow one can share the sim above to the two phones?

Yes, you clone the SIM and you are good to go.

9mobile does it, I don't know about other telcos

You can only do this with WhatsApp.
You register the sim on WhatsApp on one phone then remove it to another phone for calls but you have to insert another sim in the phone for data or you use WiFi for data signal.
