From my point of view, that's horrible from NIMC. Because NIN is the most common form of ID in Nigeria. Almost everyone has it.

I have funds stuck in Payoneer because of verification. Even the digital NIN was rejected.

MY PVC is still showing pending on the INEC portal since May.

Barter verifies Nigerians with their BVNs... Simple and easy.

But BVN is not a form of national or government-issued official ID.

It would be good if these apps (Paypal, Payoneer, and the likes ) begin to accept BVN or NIN as means of verification.

A lot of Nigerians do not have passports or Driver's Licenses. Although, there seems to be a surge in PVC registration this year. However, INEC appears sluggish in reviewing applications.

What do you use Payoneer for ? Your target market/sector would determine the best solution for you.

I only enjoyed using payoneer with VPN.

Use your bank statement of account. Make sure it tallies with the address on your Payoneer account.

I do have a Grey account, though not verified yet. The platform that sent the fund uses only Payoneer, that's why.
