CAF African footballer 9f the year: how can you omit Victor Osimhen in a 30 man list? I wonder how in today football they can drew up a 30 man list without putting Victor Osimhen name on the list its just crazy Some want to say he did not go to AFCON, OK was he not top scorer in the qualifier? He only missed the AFCON due to obvious issue. But his performance in his club has stood him out globally. In 2004 Okocha was the most outstanding player in the AFCON and it WS given to Samuel Etoo who didn't even show up Or was it the year Yaya Toure won it when Mikel was the super star in AFCON Yet Yaya Toure Côte d ivore didn't even qualify was awarded So what is the criteria?

There is alot of politics in African Football...cause I can't fathom how Osimhen name will not be find on a 30 man list...even if they are choosing best 5 in African he should be there   |

His name should have been there though he won't be able to win it because of salah and mane exploits last season. |

He is always running offside and doing bicycle kicks so they ommited him. He didn't go to AFCON and couldn't carry his team to the world Cup. Even if he won the European champions league, he doesn't deserve a nomination for CAF player of the year. Let the Italians give him their awards because he did well in their leagues. |
