Good day to you reading this. Please I need help transferring my domain out from Garanntor. It has expired. I also made payment for renewal, but after payment, no one has either activated the domain or respond to the ticket I created. The phone numbers listed on the website are not even going through. Because the website has expired, I can't generate EPP code for transfer. Kindly help me if you know a way. |

olumbest: If it has expired, you can't transfer out again. You have to renew then transfer. |

Thank you. But the point is that I paid for renewal, yet Garanntor haven't done that and none of their contacts is going through. How do I get to them ? |

I got it resolved. Had to go through their main registrar. |
