I have a question for you. Do you like chinchin or do you run away from eating it because it's hard? This job order came in late Monday evening. Customer wanted size 14 hexagon shape chocolate cake with strawberries,to be delivered 12pm Wednesday. Didn't have the pan at the time, so I quickly called my able baking pan maker(makes very durable ones) and by Tuesday afternoon, pans were ready. Baked same day and was able to deliver next day in good time. Cake was sooo heavy,had to use a size 20 box and size 18 board to carry it
