Under settings, you see privacy and setting, click it.

Then u see 2 factor authentication... Chose sms own or Google authentication app. Me I recommend sms authentication.

No hacker with all the sophisticated software can hack your Facebook and put on sale on the black market

Had to open a new one after many failed attempts to retrieve the account.

Even if you create a new account today, don't just begin to add people anyhow, or message anyhow cos you'll get blocked
