Not bad for a stressfull week

So I just don't feel like trading today.....
So uhmmm...
I have three deals Im working on now.....
So I need a clear head....
Starting on Monday.....

1. 10k live account with rules...
0.1 lots per position starting on Monday...

2. 10k personalized contest... Profit target 8%, max D.D 2%>

3. 50k True forex funds challenge phase 1....

So I took a trade this morning that hit t.p..
I didn't update cus I didn't place the trade ...

So see you guys on Monday....
Hopefully next week won't be as rough as this week

Closed the week with 2% profit if I didn't revenge trade on Monday and Tuesday....

9 trade calls.....

4 losses...
5 wins....

2.1% profit.....

Where you place your stoploss and your lot determines that.....

0.5/ by your lot....
Will give you where to place your stoploss for any percent your risking....

If you're risking $50

50/0.1 = 50pips.
50/0.2 lot = 25pips

Etc

Couldn't update N.Y trade on time... Cus I was in hot seat....

So I got two losses today....
Reason for newyork loss...
I jumped it before newyork Session....
And I paid dearly for it....

Went against the rules...

Thank God I reduced my risk to 0.24%...

That enabled me to scalp back my losses....

I will try as much as possible to stick to the rules from tomorrow.....

With Emotions it's a different ball game altogether.....

So the 50k guy went on and place a trade on the account and it was ruined...

I was able to make some bucks from the live account....
Will be taking a break from the market this week till next week

That's why I post my trades immediately after I take them...
And update the result immediately it happens....
The 50k challenge I did last week...

The owner of the account actually blew the account by opening trades with high lot ..
So I stopped trading the account when he did that ....
No style of trading is the best. ..
Weda swing trading.... higher time frame or lower.....
What matters is profitablity and that's what I'm chasing......
I'm not gambling cus I've got fixed risk...... and I make up my r.r with the win rate,.
I just want to be consistent with my 2.5% weekly target that way I can pass the challenge....
