=====================================

"I have generated over 400 leads yet no one is buying."

"I have over 500 people viewing my status yet none of them is buyer my product"

"There are ten people who showed interest, and I have been following up on them but they just ignore my messages. I feel like giving up.

"God, I'm frustrated and depressed. I done lean finish "

These are voices of real people who came to me from November when I started demonstrating my knowledge with power and might and proofs.

Maybe you're also complaining and lamenting like them too.

Maybe you're thinking of giving up right now,

I have three words for you right now;

DON'T GIVE UP.

DON'T GIVE UP UNTIL YOU'VE READ AND LEARNT these simple things from me,

AND implement them.

I don't promise you that you will get results -

I guarantee that.

If you don't get results implementing these things,

you can unfriend me and unfollow me and unlike all my posts.

I'm serious.

So here's it…

Having a large list doesn't necessarily mean you'll make plenty of sales,

even though it is supposed to be so…

Why do I know?

I have had people with larger lists and audiences than me and they come to consult with me.

The one that shocked me is someone who told me he had a list of over 2,000 people and none of them could afford his N10,000 product.

That's a very serious situation.

But in this post, I'll show you how to avoid this situation and frustration.

In fact, if you're really terrible with implementing what I share here,

you should be able to close 3% of the leads you generate at the end of the day.

So let's dive in…

Sales Success is:

60% your LIST- size of the list and buying power(which can be called quality)

 10% your POSITIONING

 30% your OFFER.

Ideally, having a large list should mean more sales, but that's not true.

For example, if you have a list of 100,000 Nigerian students and you promoted TriciaBiz's MYK to them,

Chances are only 0% will buy from you.

That product is currently N350,000.

And when nobody buys, you shouldn't cry

You don't have the right list for the offer you're promoting.

So you see, it's not just about the size of the list,

It's also about having quality.

Are the people on this list a good fit for my offer

Always ask yourself this question.

So let's assume you have the RIGHT list,

The next thing to look at is your Positioning.

Don't be confused with the grammar.

Positioning just simply means packaging,

branding.

It is just the picture of yourself which you're giving out.

What do you 'make' people think about you

Believe it or not, people think about you and relate with you just the way you presented yourself.

Three things to enhance your Positioning;

Your presentation skills, your communication skills, your appearance or dressing.

I won't teach you any of these.

Good salesmen are good communicators.

They communicate the vision, they communicate their offers and present it very well.

But that's not even the end.

The major thing that will make your sales promotions or communication translate into sales is your OFFER.

Special Offers are 'short-term' pricing strategies that businesses adopt to ENCOURAGE CUSTOMERS to BUY FROM Them.

Here's how to use an offer to make people buy or buy more…

If you saw two eateries side by side and you look at their sign boards, one had;

"A pack of rice and chicken for N1600 ONLY"

The other one has

"A pack of rice and chicken plus moi moi (or salad) and a FREE Bottle of Drink (Coke, or Fanta) all for N1600 ONLY!"

Which will you enter

The second one right?

That's why Chicken Republic is always filled with people.

They have a Solid offer.

They're giving EXTRAs or jara aside what you're originally buying.

They make you feel like you're paying less for what they want to give you.

People naturally want to cheat you,

And until your offer makes them see that they're cheating you for the price you're giving them, they will not buy.

Don't sell products, sell Offers…

Always have extras that you're giving to them for free aside the main thing,

Show them all the extras and let them know the value of the extras you're giving to them.

If you have 300 people coming to you weekly,

You should be making at least 9 sales if your products is between N10,000-N30,000,

But you could sell more if you have cheaper products between N1,000- N,5000

You could pull between 18-30 sales weekly with 300 leads when you sell a product of N1,000-N5,000

I wrote about offers in details in a short report titled:

'How To Use SPECIAL OFFERS To Increase Sales.'

This report is currently N2,000 but I'll give it out for free to the first 20 people who finish reading this post and comment,

"Thanks for the value."

There are different types of offers that will trigger buying decisions:

•Discount offer.
•Limited Time Offer.
•Limited Slots available.(50 Slots Only)
•One-time offer price.
•Price-increment offer-increasing soon.
•Free Delivery (for physical products)
•Premium Membership Access.

Like I said, I'll give you this short report showing you how to really use offers to engineer sales.

Leave a comment below if you got value,

And Share with other sellers too.
