Doctors in the house,
Please I'd like to ask and know what it means to have Right ventricular conduction delay according to test results from an ECG test.

The reason for the ECG test in the first place was that, he sometimes experiences faint pains on the left side of the chest and a rise in BP, so he was adviced to run the ECG test and after a while the pains receded and BP was back to normal.
But still experience the faint pain sometimes, some said might be chest muscle or some other reason.

I think it has to do with the rate or speed at which electrical activities responsible for heartbeat travel across the heart muscles, in this case, the right ventricle.

I am not an expert, but I am confused at how the report says your QRS is normal, but goes on to conclude "right ventricular conduction delay." The QRS complex represents the depolarization of ventricles. So if your QRS complex was normal, how did the idea of "right ventricular conduction delay" come about?

There are many false positives with ECG reports, that is, the ECG is abnormal but the patient’s heart is actually normal. In view of that, you may want to probe further and do more tests such as echocardiogram, cholesterol tests, and the like. Discuss with your cardiologist.

Honestly, I surfed the internet and there are lots of abnormal ECG tests and normal heart function. That was what calmed my nerves to an extent. I feel really okay since then. But Thank you very much for your time sir, I so do appreciate for your immense contribution.
