Peter Obi, no doubt is a fine gentleman and arguably one of the best Nigerians we can trust with power. No matter where you come from, the fact is that most unbiased minds respect Obi and value his passion for a better Nigeria. I also understand the passion of his supporters who I would believe want a functioning society. Seeing that most of his supporters are young people who are tired of staying at home and doing nothing, it is easy to understand why they want a break. A break from the old guard and birth of a new Nigeria.
That said, I am yet to understand why his supporters are not tolerant of the views of others. It is important that we ask questions about things that Mr. Obi says. It is important that we verify some of his claims and his words. It is easy to get emotional about these things but for you to win others over, you must be open to explaining rather than insulting. One of such claims which has been verified to be a lie is the investment in the beer company which he said was worth $100m. You cannot want a better Nigeria if you can’t tolerate other people’s opposing views. We have to verify and ask questions. I urge Peter Obi’s supporters to be more respectful and civil in their arguments and base such arguments on facts rather than just mere passion.

Let them continue fighting everybody

Soon Labour party logo would be perceived as a violence and negative sign which everyone would start avoiding

APCnaPDP:

It is important that we ask questions about things that Mr. Obi says.

Not only what he says, but also what he did and does, if one wants to be honest. But why limit it to Obi?

Should we also not ask about a certain bullion van or payments not to go to jail for drug dealing, or about allegations of money laundering, or why a certain president said his vice is a crook and etc and etc and etc?

Those who want to tolerate should look back at the past 20 something years and ask themselves if they can tolerate more of it, but if they decide they can't tolerate, then perhaps they'd shpuld do something different so they get different and more desirable results, because you can't keep doing the same old thing hoping the results would be any different.
