My Facebook account was locked few days ago for no reason. So I carried out an ID verification to reopen the account back and I was sent a recovery email with a link to follow to reopen my account but the problem is that I don't know what to do in the next step after opening the link.

In the link, I was given two options to either login using single sign-on (SSO) or using an email
I have tried using all my emails plus my phone numbers but non seem to be working...

Please I am lost and need help. I have been using that account for more than 10years and I don't want to lose it.

Any one with the solution on how to bypass this step and regain my account should please help me...
