The bear market will be over once people have more stability in life and money for speculative asset class investment. If there is a large use case brought forward for everyday use, you may also experience a bulk run.

Unfortunately, given current market conditions, I do not see the criteria for either one of these to occur, coming to fruition any time soon. But maybe in a few years if inflation doesn't eat away at the middle class some more. The worst thing that could happen is the entering of large institutional investors which will just manipulate the crypto market with high leverage and deep pockets.
