All these don't apply in Nigeria. How you won take discuss compensation with your company? Most companies won't allow you to do that even at interview stage. You just take wetin dem give you. As for the manager supporting, you're on a loooong thing. Only few managers in standard companies like multinationals do that. Most managers even take their reports as competitors |

Me I want to quit cos the pay can't even feed me for up to 3 weeks again (not to talk of saving, buying of clothes and other miscellaneous). It's just like a survival fund. |

In my last job, I honestly felt and saw the three signs, I needed to move and God made a way........ Nigerian employers and even supervisors in multinationals are so fond of these especially the last two.... It's like a curse on them |
