*Responsibilities:*
• Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
• Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
• Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures. • Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.

*Requirements:*
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the IT industry focusing on network infrastructure support, maintenance, and network operations centre.
• Practical experience working with large enterprise solutions such as SDWAN, MPLS, Network Security, CISCO, VC, and VOIP.
• Must have Advanced Certificate in Cisco, Microsoft Application, Security, and Voice Solutions. • Good understanding and appreciation of technical design and business principles.
