Some times when am dreaming I find it very hard to talk is normal

Second question when I wake up sometimes I see dead cockroach beside me like today now one cockroach is disturbing my sleep I don't even have it's time I wake up and d cockroach is dead already wat might be d cause please

The cause is you have food particles around your bed and the cockroaches want to eat. As for them dying, maybe you are rolling on them and squishing them in your sleep.

You don't talk in dreams, you just think you do. When next you are dreaming just imagine what it is you want to say in the dream and it will be like you are talking.

That still happens to me and comes from my days of struggling with a sleep disorder. There is nothing spiritual about it
