He may not like those foods. Try something simple like French fries or toast or bread and any spread of his choice and juice.

You can't give a child that. It's not healthy for him to start with and his aunty in class will curse his parents silently for being so poor grin

So I should him give him toast and French bread so that his aunties in school will finish it?

They won't eat it. But some of those aunties can be very funny. There peer at and joke about pupils lunches within themselves.

They usually eat children's food that's why they are interested in making sure you give your child the best meal so it can go into their stomach

Some children are naturally like that.
Then again, those foods you're packing for him are boring adults food na haba!

Pack the following

Very ripe Fried Plantain with sausage and ketchup.
Then alternate it with very soft cakes and children drink. He should be fine with these two for lunch. Healthy and nutritious for him.

You and your wife can be carrying your rice and stew to the office.

Good question!

OP, how about at home? Does he eat all that? What does he eat when he's at home or perhaps during events/outings?

There is something many schools are not too observant about, and that is lunchtime bullying and it is one of the prime times bullies in schools strike, making some kids scared of even opening their lunch packs for fear of being ridiculed or it being taken away from them.

My thoughts exactly. Yeah, these things happen in schools and are often overlooked/trivialized, food/snack bullies. Let's wait for the OP to tell us more.
