I just got this mail notification from DANA Air regarding flight suspension, partly due to the astronomical cost of Aviation fuel currently selling at N830/liter, unavailability of FOREX and inflation.

Can Nigeria really survive another 9 months with this calamitous APC-led government at the helm?

Airlines shutting down due to high cost of aviation fuel is in the best interests of Nigerians. when most airlines can no longer afford to fly, we'll have less planes in the sky thus reducing the potential of plane crashes and also less money would be spent managing the airport and it's facilities enabling the FG to save alot to help counter economic recession

Talking about Pilot losing their Jobs:

No Pilot would run out of job if he/she is not lazy. if they can pilot something as big as a Plane, defecting to pilot a bus would be much more easier

With the issue of Insecurity how would Nigerians cope travelling by road:
You know there's safety in number, now that Airlines are shutting down there would be more Nigerians travelling by road and if they can all cooperate they can help us deal with bandits and send them off our bushes
