If you have 0 mep left the only thing i can do for you if you know how to use usb over network. google it and downd the client version, install hamachi then let me know. you can share your phone via usb to me i will reset your mep back to 10

make sure your password is off completly and media card support is also off under memory settings.

make sure drivers are installed by installing desktop manager or only the driver from the link in my first post. or tell me which country and operator locked your phone i can get the mep.
