came and fell on his knees before Elijah and

entreated him, “O man of God, please let my life,

and the life of these fifty servants of yours, be

precious in your sight. Behold, fire came down from

heaven and consumed the two former captains of

fifty men with their fifties, but now let my life be

precious in your sight.” Then the angel of the

Lord said to Elijah, “Go down with him; do not be

afraid of him.” So he arose and went down with him

to the king.

Did this really happen , I find it hard to believe, just read it carefully, fire coming down from heaven killed 51 people and the king sent another 51 persons, they too were burnt to death and the King sent another 51 persons ?
At the end the Angel told him to not be afraid, follow him now

Now based on logic you could tear down assess and reanalyze every inch of these words based on our information and it wouldn't make sense. Not just this but how did moses path the red sea, or Elijah call forth a lion to devour kids or any aspect of the Bible or Koran you choose to analyze based on logic and understanding it would fall flat. Do you know why? Because we are but man. Man is the product not the maker . We were created not the creator, so we are the product can only see , understand and analysis things based on our own experience.

For example if you approached a someone in Sahara desert and offered him a 50kg keg of water for an iPhone 13 pro max he wouod swap it in a heart beat...

Now go to Lagos and make that same swap ok computer villager you would likely be lynched .

My point is to make full value of holy scriptures be it the Bible or Koran one must first empty ones self or belive wisdom and knowledge. Then assimilate these words in simplicity . Only then can these words breath life into you as they are meant to.

What are 50 men moving in one direction when instructed by their creator? When they believe the message is from the heavens ? They will love a thousand more in number because as humans we recognise and believe that's his will supercedes all. And rightly so.

Think about how many soldiers Putin is sending to Ukraine and how many have died then come back and tell me if you believe that a ruler is sending people to go and die or not!
