No need to doubt Obi on security. When he came in as Governor Upper Iweka in Onitsha was a no go area once night fell. Criminals would then walk up to you at Upper Iweka and rob you without fears. Obi came in and within 6 months ALL the criminals ran away. During Obi time buses from Lagos would arrive Upper Iweka in the middle of the night and people will walk on foot and cross Upper Iweka Flyover, something you dare not try before. The man go deliver all round.

Obi is intellectual? What's immortal Chinua Achebe, Chimamanda Adichie, Cyprian Ekwensi, Chuba Okadigbo, Adiele Afigbo, Ben Nwabueze, and many other Igbo Greats then? My brother - you talk like a child- you talk like a man whose country's national team just lost a match in the knock-out stages of the senior world cup and claims - "if we had only fielded so so and so player, we would have scored enough goals to win this match and qualify for the next round" - forgetting that ONLY the players who showed up and qualified during the screening made it as members of the team to the world cup - so mentioning the names of players who are not in the team as potential match winners is nothing but wishful thinking OR medicine after death

My simple question for you is - WHO amongst the current contestants or candidates or party flag bearers have the intellectual sagacity, public service experience, private / corporate track record - with the least dirt of financial corruption and genuine wealth origin as Peter Obi?

Agreed - Chimamamda and others you mentioned may be great orators or literary giants, but all those still alive on that list did not make an effort to run for President - so why are you even considering them in this discussion? Or you just want to criticize because you like to argue?

Between OBI - TINUBU and ATIKU, who d you think will stand in the UN and address world leaders - take an interview from CNN and the world will take Nigeria serious ? Who amongst them are in the league of Paul Kagame of Rwanda? It is OBI -

Ask yourself, when a slurring Tinubu or a shallow minded and intellectually handicap Atiku meets with world leaders, and they make a mess of themselves, will you be proud as a Nigerian that this is the best we could genuinely offer ? SHAME NO DEY CATCH UNA ? I rest my case!
