Our client is looking to hire a retail sales associate to help customers with their needs, provide information about products and assist customers to locate products in the store.

Location: Lekki Phase 1

Salary: 60K (salary increase within 3 months)

Benefits: Career growth within the organization with reasonable salary increase which depends on excellent performance.

Working Hours : 5 alternating days a week and 2 days off.
Monday - Thursday 9.30-7pm. Friday & Saturday 9.30 - 8pm. And Sundays 11.30 - 6pm.

Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers when they enter and leave the establishments.
Provide them with accurate information in response to customers queries.
Compare prices and features across products to help customers buy better to their requirements.
Cross-sell products.
Maintain an inventory and ensure that stocks are always full.
Help customers with returns and exchange of products.
Collaborate with fellow employees to provide high-quality customer service.
Explain and tell customers about discounts and offers currently going on.
Constantly replenish information on all products/merchandise such as price, features, after-sales service, etc.


Job requirements:

SSCE or its equivalent.
Experience in retail or fashion retail is ideal but not compulsory.
Prior working experience as a retail sales representative or similar roles.
Excellent record of achieving targets.
Good communication skills.
Ability to multi task.
Organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and inventory software.
