1. HIRING OF FOREIGN MERCENARIES- at this juncture it is safe to say that the Nigerian military and paramilitary are just nothing but tired horses without strength and sense of direction. They are so confused that they don't even know who the enemy actually is. The dss on the other hand have lost sanity as to their aim as a an established secrete unit. The only secret about them is receiving salary despite the huge security breaches in every corners of the country and this is why it calls for foreign MERCENARIES to be paid millions of dollars to challenge the maggots causing problems. This can be done in collaboration with the dead military assistance they can get. This will go a long way.

2. STATE POLICING- whether we like it or not , as a country , we have gotten to the stage where if each state is left to manage its security challenges with direct orders from each governor, In less than 1 month security problem will be a thing of the past. Everybody is relying on the president for result , he is not a magician. Take this or leave it.

hiring of foreign mercenaries will undermine the state of security in this country and also will create rooms for infiltration into our economy system. It meant cause economic sabotage.
I prefer state policing.
It is a better option

No1 will be very, very helpful. During Jonathan's regeme, he wanted to call for the assistance of the U.S Soldiers to help Nigerians wipe out these terrorists, but Obama refused because GEJ turned down his bid to legalize Homosexualism in Nigeria.
