Most Northern States don't have developed LGAs. Everything is happening at the State Capital. So I wasn't surprised if Gov Zulum is developing Maiduguri where safety of lives and properties is assured.

North has only twelve state. Middle Belt has 7 and south has 17 state with the highest population.

This main road is in the town of Hawul LGA not bush. It is the main road from Borno to Adamawam.

Empty bushes always lead to densely populated areas. North has mostly disperse, rural settlements and as such roads have to link to those places covering thousands of kilometres.

This is pure truth. All LGs have township roads, all major villages and towns are linked with roads, many are being built because this is the only way to make it easy for about 80% of a population of people made up of farmers...
