Not bad... It's based on video tutorials, expensive but effective.

SoloLearn, download the full course inside the app once and it becomes 'offline'.
(Although you still need a little data when you first open the app, you can then turn off data and continue)

The one I see dey use data ooo (Play store)

You can download the course, follow this:

...just go to courses and click on the three dots beside the language that you want to save for offline and then select "Make Available Offline"

To practise on the soloLearn IDE, you need small data or you could down an offline IDE for the particular language you are learning.

The advantage of the offline feature is to download the course resources which are usually heavy using free WiFi or midnight plan... I hope you get the point.
